Chris had excellent communication both over phone and text that made working with him very easy. His prices were very reasonable and he double and triple checked what I wanted done before initiating the job. Would highly recommend him and his guys!

Chris and his team did great work on a very tough project, a historic building. The communication was top notch and he always took the time to explain where we were in the project and the timelines. Well done!

We were very satisfied with the work that you completed at my mom’s condo. We found the workers to be very courteous, conscientious, and professional. They did an excellent job and seemed to take pride in their work. Well done!

I had a wonderful experience with 734 Exteriors! They completed the installation of both my door and storm door, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the beginning, they were incredibly communicative and patient while I worked through all of my very specific decisions - I’m very picky and have very specific ideas. They were also genuinely consultative in helping me figure out what I actually needed instead just trying to push a sale! Completely judgment-free about the condition of my old door. That thing was beat up from the ground up! I unfortunately didn’t take before pictures, but the difference is incredible, and the finished result is exactly what I was hoping for. The installation itself was extremely professional. They arrived on time, walked me through everything when they were finished, cleaned up completely before leaving, and even asked for my feedback. That level of communication and attention to detail really stood out. I highly recommend 734 Exteriors. It’s not every day that you can say you’re actually looking forward to your next home project and honestly, a big part of that is because I found such a great company to work with. Thank you, 734 Exteriors! I absolutely love my new doors!

My investment property in Baltimore City needed extensive repairs from years of neglect. I delayed any work that the house needed fearing how complex the repairs would be. Chris was incredibly thorough during the initial assessment. He personally walked the property several times to cover all the bases. He reviewed his findings with me and provided a strategic game plan to tackle the scope of work. He was very transparent about pricing and any potential issues. He was detailed and consistent in his communications and provided me with daily updates. His crew was incredibly helpful when I asked to see the progress. His foreman was glad to answer any questions I had and even made a last second adjustment to the down-spout that I requested. Chris and his team are incredibly detail oriented. During the final walk-through, he noticed a minor issue and addressed it immediately. From notifying neighbors and dealing with any permits, Chris took care of the entire process. I am incredibly happy with the service and final product. The repairs are GAF certified which I can transfer to the next owner. So blessed to have him and his team in my corner. THANK YOU!!
